What is the cancellation policy for bookings?
For the Standard Rate, in case of cancellation or change within 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained, which is non-refundable for any reason. Cancellations within 2 days prior to arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the stay. In case of non-arrival, late cancellations or changes, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
For the Special Rate “All-Risk Travel Insurance,” the deposit is 35% and the penalty amount will be refunded by the insurance company, according to the terms of the NOBIS Policy – Filo Diretto Hotel. In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, a 35% cancellation fee will be charged, while within 2 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged. In case of no-show or last minute changes, the full amount will be charged.
Can I add an extra bed or crib in the room?

What is the tourist tax and who has to pay it?
The tourist tax is an additional amount that must be paid at the property for stays from 1 to 10 nights, in addition to the booked vacation price. For hotels classified as 3 stars or 3S stars, the tourist tax is €2.00 per night. Children up to 14 years old are exempt from paying the tax. This amount may vary depending on any territorial changes established by the Province of Trento.
